Tripadvisor Dishonesty

Been trying for two months now to cancel a Business Advantage Package but it is proving near impossible. Be warned once you have signed up they will try and avoid your cancellation of your package even if it is way past your contract expiry date. For me it places a big question mark over their honesty and also if they are qualified to adjudicate about other people's and business's reviews.
