TRIPADVISOR - BAD SERVICE!!!!

On the 08th March I was travelling to CPT with my fam and I had pre-booked our activities with trip advisor some of the activities were a success however we were supposed to do the bus tour with my family for the 11th March however the bus tour did not happen due to the cycle race was taking place on the day at least that’s what I was told when I showed up.

The lady at reception at Cape Town offices asked me to send an email request a refund as I could not do the bus tour and the following day was not an option because we were travelling back to Johannesburg.

I have since sent several emails but have not received any response and this cancellation was not my fault I should have been told when I was making the booking that, that date is not available. I have been calling and sending emails to tripadvisor and I'm being ignored this is absurd and unprofessional!!!!!!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!
