trip advisor is a hoax

don't waste your time working with trip advisor from the establishment's point of view and as a consumer!

tripadvisor sent us guests to our establishment www.seaside-village-apartments.com and promised to pay the day the customers arrived. they spent a few days at our luxury establishment and have never paid us. (outstanding for a month). they keep calling (about 20 times now) that they cannot pay as we cannot add our banking details on their app. they have a technical issue with tier system and now keep calling to advise the same problem. this is their technical issue and they cannot resolve it.

beware don't use this service! your hotel will not be paid and to try to resolve it is virtually impossible - they say they will call but never do. a new person will simply call and advise the same problem - once explained - they promise to call back - never happens!

so disappointed that a supposed reliable company is so *********** - disgusting - I will never touch them again
