Taking down reviews to drop rankings

I’m saddened to share that I’ve lost 20 client reviews on my TripAdvisor page — 10 were removed two years ago, and another 10 recently. These were genuine reviews from real guests who took the time to share their experience. As a small business, every bit of support counts, and it’s disheartening to see our hard-earned feedback disappear without clear explanation.

It sometimes feels like the platform favors larger companies, making it harder for small, independently-run services to grow. I truly appreciate everyone who continues to support and uplift us — your feedback and word-of-mouth mean more than you know.
