Refusal to talk to client

I have recently bought a guest farm and have tried to communicate with trip advisor - this is impossible unless I give them my credit card detail. Is it just me or is this really offensive?<br> <br> I would like to speak to someone and I am being stonewalled. This affects my business and life and trip advisor just does not care!!!!!<br> <br> You are just a big bully in travel you !!!
