poor management

as a person whom owns property in SA but are abroad . should know better when making errors on accomodation bookings. they wanted to refund me due to them having an error on there side for my booking quote. when refunded they seem to forget the exchange rate which is not my issue. they have now paid me 1 k short which isnt small money when it comes to a single mom . i have never been more disgusted in a place then i am with them.
