Pathetic Service

Was told I could upgrade my flight to business class @ check -in only. When I arrived, (3 1/2 hours early!) business -class was already fully booked. I’m a resident of my destination, but NO-BODY @ Trip advisor informed me about having to prove proof of residency. This delayed checking in.
