No refund nor communication

I made a booking online and having trouble with the online payment. The payment screen kept loading and when I came back much later it went back to the page to fill in my card details.

I then asked a friend in South Africa to book the trip for me and my friends. She booked it using the email Ashleigh noble. I am therefore requesting a refund on this one.

The tour company is aware of the issue and asked me to contact tripadvisor as payment has not yet come through on their side.

We only used one service not two.

I have emailed you guys more than a week ago
