Misleading and unable to contact!

I do most of my trips through Tripadvisor, expecting a safe booking. Searching for Franschoek wine tram, I came upon a trip and made the booking. From R1100 pp in the ad. I made the booking on 08/10/2017 and R2200 was subtracted from my card immedately. No detail about cancellation policy was in the description but on the booking form afterwards, they say they do not refund. The description were also vague about the trip. Winetram have several trips like orange line etc. This was not stated in the booking. Afterwards I received email saying the booking is pending and can take 48 hours before confirmation,,,,which I do not have. Also that the amount will be subtracted from card following the confirmation of the booking. I phoned them this morning at 09/10/2017. According to treucaller app it is a Las Vegas company. But the number does not exist. I phoned Absa and they said that the amount has already been subtracted without me receiving any confirmation. I phoned Winetram, no bookings can be found on their system. According to all the reviews, they have a tendency to cancel trips without refunding. I believe this company is misleading in their ads and I also believe that Tripadvisor should not list such a company.
