Don't register your establishment with them!

<p>I just want to warn other SA establishments to NOT register with them. Once you get bookings they take the customers money but because they cannot register your South African banking details on their system, they cannot pay you. I am sitting with a huge mess where the customer paid and I cannot get the money from Trip Advisor. And their communication system is non existing, you only keep on getting automated messages. It is a mission to speak to someone on email. Stay away!</p>
