Disappointed Customer

<p>I made an online booking through their site and the same was accepted.. I was expected to get a response from the owner of the lodge to no avail. I then took it upon myself to contact the owner of Riverhouse Lodge in Mpumalanga who had then advised me that they stopped taking bookings for that period a long time ago whilst Trip Advisor indicated its available. i have subsequently paid almost R4000 and do not have the funds available in my account as they were block.</p> <p> </p> <p> I am not able to get any form of assistance on how this transaction will be reversed.</p> <p> </p> <p> i find this to be ********* and unacceptable as i dont access to my money and do not have any form of accommodation for the holiday period .</p> <p> </p> <p> i need answers and would like to get my money back in my account within 24 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>No more online bookings from me from today onwards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trip Advisor can i have my money back now. This is such an incovenience</p>
