WORST AGENCY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL
Trinity Properties is the WORST! I would give them a zero star if I could.
The agents (Brenda Smit and Christy Gardner) are horrible with requests to maintain the property, they ignore emails and follow ups or just don't communicate at all. They are highly unprofessional and do not care about tenants but are quick to implement rental increases and unexpected costs .
My previous agents were not great but so much better than Trinity.. honestly disgusted.

Thank you for highlighting your opinion on media.
However we have reported the issue that you are having with your toilet to the Landlord who did feel that it was your responsibility, but after seeing the photo of the pipe leaking he did agree that he would send a plumber. On the note of rental increase, we are increasing your rental below the current inflation rates, and do feel it fair that you are liable to pay your own water and sewage charges, this is not the responsibility of the landlord. You have managed to get away for a couple of years benefiting from the landlord paying your water and sewage, however costs have escalated all round for everyone.

09 Feb 2024, 11:45Sorry, but that is unacceptable. My toilet needed fixing 2 months ago and I have communicated this with Brenda on numerous occasions. I had to beg and pled, send many emails, make many calls just be ignored and given excuses. Your service is pathetic. The leaking toilet is actually a health hazard, yet there was no urgency.
It is not right that your replies make it seem like the tenants are at fault. So please do not deny the fact that your service and work etiquette is putrid, this is evident with all the negative reviews you receive.
In terms of the water payments, I was not charged for this for 5 years as the previous agents advised that I did not have to. If it wasn't fair for the owner to pay for water, why hasn't he queried it for the past 5 years??? Yet you ask me why I haven't paid and why the other agents didn't charge me.
In terms of my rental increase, the owner always negotiated the increases with me since I leased with him for many years with NO issues until you came along.
These costs only come to light when Trinity Properties enter the picture which is extremely suspicious considering the previous complaints of you ****ming tenants with these costs.
