Trinity properties won't refund me my deposit

<p>I was staying at Centre Point , Market street in Boksburg , from 01 August 2015. My lease was from then till 31 January 2016 but early this year I extended further to 31 July 2016. I had to move out, just recently end of May 2016 and I served a notice prior to that. I was told I would get my deposit (a refundable amount of 3400 ) , 2nd week I went to Trinity property offices where I provided my banking details and I was told I would get my deposit end of this month. Today the agent manager Brenda Thiele called me and told me I won't be getting my deposit because the apartment was not occupied the month of June 2016 . I am severely frustrated.</p>
