Pathetic service

Complained to Brenda from Trinity properties Boksburg about a leaking geyser on a rental property. We have sat with no hot water for 2 days now. We cannot even flush our toilet or take a bath due to the fact of constant leaking water. We have sent numerous requests to her but with no response. A person like that should not be in a position in dealing with clients because clearly there is no client service. We have 2 small children and this is absolutely unacceptable. We had to contact a plumber directly and have been told that the geyser has now burst and have leaking through the light fixtures in the babies bedroom. This is absolutely disgusting service.
