Electricity broad day light *******

<p>We were renting at Elizabeth Court. we gave notice of vacation and stayed out our notice period.</p> <p> </p> <p>Brenda Thiele wanted to do inspection once we moved out but we refused because we know how she operates.</p> <p> </p> <p>we were told that on the 1st February 2017 at 12h00 latest we need to hand in the keys. </p> <p> </p> <p>at 09h30 that same morning she would sent someone to do the inspection with us present as requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>that morning the guy came and did his inspection. lucky enough i took pictures as well since he was taking pictures and the place was absolutely empty. we have already completely moved out on the 30th Jan 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>The deposit i was to recieve was R3250.00</p> <p> </p> <p>the below is the calculations deducted:</p> <p> </p> <p>- R200.00 Admin fee if deposit wanted before the 30 days period (This we agreed too as it was stated in contract)</p> <p> </p> <p>Total we were to receive back was R3050.00, Instead R2247.21 was recieved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i received a statement for February electricity of R800.00 from Brenda. </p> <p> </p> <p>before 12h00 she had already recieved back her keys.</p> <p> </p> <p>below is the email send to her with no responds or resolution. There has been so many bad feedback on comments about her that has been reviewed. Ridiculous service!</p> <p> </p> <p> Query:</p> <p> </p> <p>R800.00 electricity charge when place is empty, no one there and taking into consideration that it was in the morning.(Makes no since why electricity is needed). Pictures to prove this.</p> <p> </p> <p>R800.00 electricity charge for the less than a day and yet R1000.00 electricity charge for a whole month? doesnt make no sense at all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
