Disgraceful Service

After a month I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. Every excuse under the sun has been given for it not happening and I have actual reached the end of my tether. I may be a little more understanding if it hadn't been for the fact that once we provided notice to move from our flat, we were instructed to make ourselves available for viewings. This entailed my wife and I actually fielding all calls with regards to the property, as Trinity thought it was best to give our contact details to all and sundry. This prompted some sort of OLX ***** with my wife's cell phone number being used to advertise the property. We had complete strangers coming in and out of the flat, through this. We were unable to tell if they were legit tenants or not, due to the fact that nobody ever came to aid in a viewing from Trinity. The abuse we took from this OLX ***** was also unacceptable, as they were being charged for viewings. If Trinity had done their job.... this would not have happened. An absolute disgrace and I hope to high heaven that I never EVER have to deal with this sham of a company again.
