The owner Patchnat and the Agent Brenda Theile purchase new cars on the money that good are paying .Most that have left in the last 5 years have not received their deposits back and been *****ed over with electricity - I took them to the Tribunal Council they now want to evict me out of the place, which they can't do, they sponsor there mates (tenants that do not paying there electricity), the amounts get add onto the other good paying tenants electricity bill. Never takes your call or visits. If the owner wants to out he throws your stuff out the doors, and grinds it off if he can't get in. We live on board hole water ********** per month buy have to pay (Council) "water", I as one person that only put the geyser on ever 3 day for a 1/2 hour has a bill of R489.00 one month.
