Bad Customer Service

I have been renting from Trinity Properties, I moved out since then. I am trying to get hold of Brenda but she is never "available", cause I am trying to get my deposit back from them. On a monthly basis I had to call after them to send me my rental statement. I cant complain about the customer services because it does not exist. I am totally horrified that this company is allowed to do business cause they are not there for their customers
