Thieving?

Ordered from Temu & paid my VAT & Duty on 28 February 2026. Got an email to say it was stopped for further inspection by customs. I must say, the VAT & duty was extremely expensive for the stuff I bought! I phoned Tri Ridge and spoke to Donald. He was super friendly and sounded very helpful. I emailed everything he asked for. Got an email on 23 March 2026 to say: "Good day Thank you for providing the requested documents. We acknowledge receipt and appreciate your prompt cooperation. Customs will review the documents accordingly and we will revert should we require any further information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions in the meantime. Kind Regards," NOTHING further. I'm starting to think this company is local ****mers taking your parcel & your money!!!
