No Service from Tri Ridge Freight and Logistics

Very poor service, items not delivered and no one can provide support or answers. Items is held at customs and I can't find out what to do; Items ordered from Temu, they say contact courier. Courier is GFS Express, they say contact Tri Ridge Freight. Customs clearing is by Tri Ridge freight, they don't have contacts, no web site, no emails returns and don't answer any phone calls.
