Abysmal service and unprofessional conduct from Tri-Ridge
I ordered items from Temu on 17 February 2026. On 25 February 2026, I received an email from *** stating that my parcel had been stopped at customs for inspection. In this email, I was told I had 2 days to provide a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Firstly, requesting a bank statement, which contains sensitive personal information, is completely unreasonable when a receipt or invoice would suffice. Secondly, imposing a 2-day deadline to provide such sensitive documentation feels like undue pressure rather than a legitimate process.
I raised my concerns and refused to provide a bank statement, but offered to send my Temu receipt/invoice and order confirmation instead. Donald from Tri-Ridge responded and instructed me to send those documents through.
I comp**** fully and sent the required documents, and requested confirmation that they were sufficient. I also followed up again a few days later for confirmation.
To date (24 March 2026), I have received no response whatsoever.
In the meantime, I have already paid import duties via GFS Express and have proof of payment.
What is deeply concerning is that: -There is no verifiable online presence for Tri-Ridge Freight and Logistics. -The contact number provided goes unanswered. -Communication is inconsistent and unprofessional.
As it stands, my parcel has been sitting in customs for nearly a month with no feedback, no resolution, and no accountability.
Based on my experience, this situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and conduct of Tri-Ridge Freight & Logistics, as well as how consumer goods and payments are being handled.
I have now escalated this matter for investigation and assistance in retrieving my parcel.
