PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TREVOR GARAGE DOORS AND AUTOMATION, ..

He installed a garage door at our property, not even a few days then the door started giving problems, it only opens slightly and you have to press it continuously , this morning alone I had to do it 20 times, I even started taking a video and have done so before when it started as well. He has been called and he does not come, he was called this morning again, still didn't come, I called him tonight past 5 , I started recording the call as evidence of what he told me,he told me that he will not come or he will come when he wants to because he had to wait for his money, which is a lie, he was there when payment was made, but according to him he only received the money 3 days later, and for that he is saying this. I asked him if he is now trying to punish is for something the bank did, because we do not work at the bank and we do not know why the money was only available in his account 3 days later, as he says, HE OUTRIGHT TOLD ME YES THAT IS WHY HE IS DOING THIS. His attitude stinks just like his service yet he claims it's guaranteed, bear in mind this was about R12000 . He simply refuses to come and fix this mess. AND WE ARE SITTING WITH THIS MESS NOW. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE, his website comes across as very professional but the service and his attitude stinks. My husband told him that he will get nowhere with this type of business and service, paired with his stinking attitude and his response was,I WILL GET SOMEWHERE .
