Garage door repair ****MER!

Do not use these guys! No I’m not a competitor as they say when you post reviews about their services, merely a disappointed and unhappy customer. I paid this man R3200 to come and reinstall my garage door I’m January 2023. He left a huge gap at the top of the garage and I told him that he needed to fix it and he came and installed a panel that was too big and the garage door wouldn’t open properly. He refused to come back and fix it. Made up excuses. Couple of weeks later the garage door stopped working. Contacted him again and he said we need to replaced the battery because loadshedding ruins the battery of garage motors. He came and was paid R850. When he came to install the new motor he completely damaged my garage door. When I informed him he started lying saying he is out of town and then has now stopped picking up my calls.

He just takes money and runs away instead of saying he is unable to install or repair garage doors. He sits on WhatsApp and doesn’t respond to any message. Do not use this business at all!
