Excellent service
Had my besties baby shower done there and had such a beautiful day. Thank you to Ruth for making sure everything is in order and answering all my questions. Even on the day of the event everything was in order. I am so happy with their service. The food was great too

Horrible experience
⭐️ 1-Star Review – Very disappointing experience I recently visited Tres Jolie and bought burgers for my kids. They didn’t eat them at the restaurant, so we asked for the burgers to be packed as takeaways. When we got home, the kids ate the burgers but immediately complained that they didn’t taste right. I tasted them myself and noticed that the meat tasted off and had a very bad smell. The following day, both children developed severe diarrhoea/running stomachs. I contacted the restaurant to report what had happened, but unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing. I was told that they had sold over 500 burgers that day and that there was “no way” I could be the only person complaining. I was also told there was nothing they could do and that it was not their issue. As the situation got worse, I eventually had to rush the children to the hospital, where we were told it was food poisoning. I am extremely disappointed, not only with the food but especially with how my complaint was handled. When a customer reports that food smelled and tasted off and that their children became seriously ill afterwards, I believe the matter should be taken seriously and investigated. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously, because food safety is not something that should be dismissed. I would not recommend ordering food from here based on my experience.

It was my daughter's...
It was my daughter's birthday 30th of May ... we ordered 25 pizzas , only to find mops in our pizzas . Dirty mops , they uses to clean their oven with according to what they said as to why are there are mops in our pizzas . What if it's the same mops cleaning floors and toilets . I'm so disgusted, my son got sick, my daughter got sick and we still waiting for a full refund , the Restaurant is offering us 50% discount after we ate mops in their pizzas

Bad poor service
Soo dissatisfied with the service we got today, the waiter failed to communicate important things upfront, we were charged to cut a cake for the birthday celebration which they never told us before we cut the cake but they host events for such celebrations, they charge 10 percent service charge for 6 or more people on whatever that you order without telling you before/ prior to your arrival, you are forced to pay 10 percent for a service you are not happy about.

Very good experience. They made my wedding magical. The wedding coordinators did everything I wanted them to do and more. Everything was so good. I would choose TJ wedding venue again and again. So happy. My wedding was magical ❤️
