Horrible experience

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Very disappointing experience

I recently visited Tres Jolie and bought burgers for my kids. They didn’t eat them at the restaurant, so we asked for the burgers to be packed as takeaways.

When we got home, the kids ate the burgers but immediately complained that they didn’t taste right. I tasted them myself and noticed that the meat tasted off and had a very bad smell.

The following day, both children developed severe diarrhoea/running stomachs. I contacted the restaurant to report what had happened, but unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing. I was told that they had sold over 500 burgers that day and that there was “no way” I could be the only person complaining. I was also told there was nothing they could do and that it was not their issue.

As the situation got worse, I eventually had to rush the children to the hospital, where we were told it was food poisoning.

I am extremely disappointed, not only with the food but especially with how my complaint was handled. When a customer reports that food smelled and tasted off and that their children became seriously ill afterwards, I believe the matter should be taken seriously and investigated.

I hope the restaurant takes this seriously, because food safety is not something that should be dismissed. I would not recommend ordering food from here based on my experience.
