Good day I bought an MTN home wifi via treble solutions In March I returned it around May because I don't have any network coverage they sent me from post to pillar MTN is billing my account every month for services that I don't even use for the past 4 to 5 months I've send numerous emails and WhatsApp messages to Selvan and Melissa they don't reply nor answer they're phones

Good day I have a very bad experience with Treble solutions where by one of their agencies sold me a router MTN contract of 24Months and I requested a month to month contract,the sold me a wrong contract, a router without a sim card, I did not use the router neither their SIM card, now they say I am owing them total amount of R1100 for something that I didn't even use, and the agency told me that the won't be additional cost with a month to month contract only to find out she gave me 24months contract.
