I want to give a review on one of the employees at Travelstart. After a whole week with a lot of frustration and NOBODY that can help me there came an angel by the name of Zukiswa and help me with the amendment of my tickets. I was phoning and mailing a few times a day and everyone just say they can do nothing I must wait. I was nearly crying because I phoned Travelstart, was put on hold for 2 hours, without help, and start all over again. And with my 3rd call for the day, this angel Zukiswa answered and said: "No mam I will certainly help you, may I put you on hold while I am looking at your info?" She helped me, and all is done and dusted and paid and everything in place. Thank you Zukiswa you are for sure an angel. I appreciated you a lot.
