Zero service from "bot" virtual agents!

I would like to say how utterly frustrating it has been to deal with Travelstart. I have been trying to contact them since Sunday and their email service on website no longer exists, the telephone numbers listed on the website don't work and the whatsapp query line is run by bots who never respond and it is an absolute nightmare! My son is flying to London on Friday 5 November and as the flight was brought forward we need to pay a $46 fee. We are unable to make this payment as the 3 different payment links sent to us do not work. We can only contact the actual airline once it is 24-48 hrs from the flight as the booking was made with travelstart. Never again! We are emigrating and my 17 yr old son is flying to the UK to my hubby and it is already fairly stressful. Travelstart have certainly added another layer of stress to our family. Zero customer service and so frustrating not being contacted by a real human. So disappointing.
