Zero response from this company

I have spent literally hours on hold trying yo get through to someone to speak too. I have also now complained directly to Qatar airline for allowing this company to sell their tickets. I left out my middle name in booking my ticket and immediately sent a message through the “contact form” for this to be updated. I was sent a new eticket from travelstart with my middle name now included. The problem is my middle name still does not appear on the qatar “manage my booking” on the airline online website nor does it appear on Travelstart’s online manage booking when I log in. So it looks like I have an eticket with a name that does not correspond to anything. I don’t even know if this is a problem because I cannot get through to a human being at travelstart and they DO NOT reply to their “send us a query” forms. And the airline won’t help me either. Do not book with this company!
