Zero assistance & shocking service.

Been trying to change a flight from level 4. They have so many excuses but the worst is there is no one to speak to. The Help desk email never response and the whats app chat starts but then just ends. Communication is terrible, then when they finally come back to you with available flight dates they make them for September and we are currently in November sure you can see the problem with that. Shocking service and zero assistance. My reference number ZA***0 Havenga I will never use recommend this company again as they are not helpful at all. Just to think of all the poor travel companies that had to close down due to COVID only to leave this bad service from Travelstart to handle our travel plans.
