Zandile was my heaven sent angel

After a run around for about 10 days by Travelstart and their totally ridiculous "rebooking protocol, I decided to try one more time and spoke to a lady called Zandile. She was literally heaven sent! She found the seat I was looking for, booked it, quoted it and sent me the payment link all in a matter of about 8 minutes. I had literally spent hundreds of Rand on airtime until this point. She saved my blood pressure rising to danger level. This is to thank Zandile for her excellent service. It has nothing to do with Travelstart because their rebooking protocol sucks! Why Zandile could help me in a matter of minutes and others could not do the same is beyond me.
