You Lose your moniey
Paid R2500 extra for ticket to Barcelona for 'flexable' travel dates to Barcelona ex JHB flight 8-15Dec
Landline has voice saying they dont take calls. Cancelled (due to travel ban) 3 days in advance; via email, their whatsapp group and Flapp app over and over. Ignored completely. Received message "a consultan' will contact you shortly) Does not happen. They communicate via Bot. Received offer of K5 for K18 spent.
Local flights ex PE also paid for flexable travel dates. Zero refunds and zero reason Is this a ****?

I have checked the booking and can see that we had assisted with a quote for the cancellation on the booking. Please note that we are governed by the airline because the ticket belongs to them. Travelstart is not able to overrule the airline conditions and directives. As these flights were operational, the airline had advised the cancellation would be as per their conditions and thus you had been quoted accordingly.
