You are a pile of poo!

Once again Travel start has gone out of its way to be a complete pile of ****! Against all recommendations friends of ours booked through them and now the airline that they are supposed to fly home on has no information on their flight home. As always, you cannot get through to anyone and the people on WhatsApp don't know how to actually help. I would never ever ever recommend anyone booking with this excuse for a company. They are *****ing your money at any opportunity or slight change in schedule (a change made by the airline). If this excuse for a company tries to contact me on a South African number, please note that it will not work as all parties are in the UK at the moment. Use WhatsApp or private message so that you can maintain an ounce of dignity. Everytime I hear this company name I want to be sick. May as well label it as a ****!
