Worst travel experience
Worst experience ever. When you request a date change they cancel the ticket without actually contacting the traveler to confirm and also with that canceled ticket they take the amount immediately whereas returning it would require you actually waiting for Jesus because they processes are slow. Honestly with this experience I would not recommend the use of their service.
