Worst Travel Agency Ever

Worst experience ever wit this agency, I booked flight from Johannesburg to East London on the 25 Jan 2023 for the 26 Jan 2023 07:10am everything went well up until I received my invoice. The flight was re-adjusted to 1 Feb 2023 without notification. This matter was alarming and I called the airliner and asked for clarification on this matter, they said the flight was already fully booked the previous day and penalties will apply if I try and cancel. Why did travelstart still advertise that times if it was booked now I need to deal with the penalties involved. Travelstart still no answer?? I booked tickets there after to return for the same day at 13:00 on Airlink also via Travelstart website? Nothing is resolved
