Worst service, in every department!!

Booked a ticket to London on travelstart. I needed to make changes to my ticket. It has been 2 and a half weeks and I have unable to get hold of anyone on the call Centre or via email. So many phone calls and countless emails and still no reply. Not sure how you get the job done if you can not make contact with Travelstart... ever! Desperate!!! Will never make this mistake again! Shocking service...

As it turns out, we are back to where we started and my issue has not been dealt with... still unable to make contact with travelstart. I was promised a call back yesterday... nothing!!
