Worst Service Imaginable. Truly the Absolute Worst there is.

Once again... an AWFUL and UNHELPFUL lack of service from this terrible company. The airline cancelled the return leg of the flight and refused to deal with me due to the Travelstart being the agent. Travelstart simply doesn't reply to emails for days on end despite me asking for a reply MANY times. When they respond, they don't offer any solutions and tell me to speak to the airline. Who, of course, refuses to deal with me due to the Agent... absolutely infuriating. AVOID USING TRAVEL START AT ALL COSTS
