*** I bought a flight ticket with this agency and received no flight details on 24Nov2023 @ 01:35am,had to buy another one upon check in point arrival.. I called them numerous times already for refund since the very date and all I’m getting from them is “the refund has been processed” but doesn’t reflect on my account‼️Travel start,attend to this
