Worst service ever: Refund me please

I have been waiting for a rebooking, submitted my new dates (3 days ago) as suggested and there is still no response or assistance from Travelstart, they had advised that they will get back to me in 24hrs. I also tried calling as the booking was urgent and still no response. I need to start the visa application process already (as this process usually takes long) but it requires the flights to be booked. Seemingly Travelstart is unbothered by me losing money to these travel plans. It's a pity I am still experiencing the same problems even now after calling, emailing and sending contact forms. I personally am done with Travelstart, I want a refund and I do not want a rebooking anymore. I can't travel, I lost all my accommodation cost and I have to go through a new visa application since my current one is about to expire due to your incompetencies. Please refund me the money I have paid, i will find alternate ways of travelling that are much kinder.
