WORST SERVICE EVER! Money pinchers!

Good evening Travel start. I have tried on numerous occasions to make contact with you regarding a flight booked for the 13 February, which I am not able to use due to the italian embassy being closed for travel ; Covid related.

I will not loose my money because of your incompetence!

I was happy initially to make day change as per email, however you have ignored my mail and not responded as to what is going to be done. Therefore you leave me no option. If you do not cancel my flights and return my money in full I will Make sure that this goes viral socially.

You have no contact numbers for anyone to contact. Your robot response computer system is a joke!

I trust you find the above in order and I would appreciate an immediate response.

I give you till 9 pm 11 February 2022 to sort this out!
