Worst service EVER!
Never ever again! Worst service ever! Only mail communication which just goes around in circles... Even if you request a "Call back" you get a mail... So sorry I ever used them.
Bring back you telephone line or even Teams will help.... By chatting to an actual person to have your issues/bookings resolved will save loads of time and frustration!
