Worst service EVER

We booked the bus ticket through Travelstart and it's the worst service we have ever gotten. We wanted to postpone our trip because our baby got admitted to hospital.We couldn't reach anyone to help us and you can only change it through APM bus not travelstrart. Travelstrart agents were rude and failed to assist us. My question is how do you work with a company where there is no official contact. They don't answer phone nor emails. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER book your travel through this company !
