WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST customer service EVER. . . I have tried changing a family members booking to a later date. In 2 days NO ONE has called or email me. I have used email, their contact site and whatsapp platforms, NO RESPONSE.

No the family member is loosing the money and she is a pensioner.
