Worst customer service you will ever get!!

I made a booking with Travelstart for a flight with Qatar airways about 3 weeks ago. I tried changing my flight back to cape Town with allot of e mails going backwards and forwards. They dont have any contact details. They take 3 days to respond. When they respond the flight prices keep going up after I confirmed the flight change with them. Then we start from the beginning. This has been going on now for 3 weeks already. Now they removed my return flight and I dont have a return flight back to Cape Town and the flights is R7000 more. After I confirmed a quote again. Spare yourself the hassle and dont book with them. I have booked all our business travel with them in the past and will never use them again.
