Worst customer service - very disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience with Travelstart after missing a flight I had booked through their platform. I reached out to request a refund or any form of assistance, but they refused to offer any support or flexibility, despite the circumstances. What was most frustrating was the lack of empathy and the rigid response from their customer service team. Travel plans can sometimes go wrong, and it’s during such times that good customer service truly matters. Unfortunately, Travelstart fell short in this regard.

I expected better communication and at least some effort to help me recover part of the cost or provide alternative options. Instead, I was left on my own with no refund ,no rebooking, My R1 300 gone down the drain. I will never use Travelstart ever again and would advise others to be cautious. If anything goes wrong don't expect any support from these vultures.
