Worst Customer Service I have yet experienced and False Information on Flight booking with regards to baggage weight limits

Used TravelStart for booking domestic flights in Greece and it was communicated through to us that we are allowed 23kg per person as check in baggage. We were surprised with a few overweight penalty fees, as according to the airline we have a limit of 15kg each only. I have been trying to get in contact with Travelstart now for 2 weeks to help get this resolved and some sort of feedback, All I ever here is someone will get back to me shortly after Email communication just stops and I open a new request to please respond to my current open request. The Service is terrible and this company clearly does not feel anything for a paying customer. Will never make use of them ever again. Elroy Rooi has been the person whom has picked up both requests and just simply fails to deliver any customer support. I am not pleased as all.
