Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever 👎🏾. Cannot even discuss issues relating to urgent flight tickets with anyone, all phone lines are switched off and you’re directed to a WhatsApp helpline where you will never get a response (if you do it’s so shallow). The level of feedback is sickening, I would never recommend anyone to book with these guys ever, you’ll regret it!
