Worst customer service

I made a booking with travelstart on 28 February and send proof of payment same day. 03 March I still have not received my tickets. They canceled my booking claiming that the funds were received late. All I want is for them to confirm my booking and send my ticket. My trip is in a few weeks and they are not being helpful
