Worst company ever!

Booked tickets from Jhb to Heathrow through them.they don't give you any information. When I called I spoke to the rudest person ever. I cannot get hold of them on any of their platforms. When you call the call gets disconnected. Wort company ever. Do not book through them. I am now stuck with tickets I cannot change
