Worst client service ever ever ever!!!!

Absolute WORST client service EVER!!!!!! I have been fighting daily with them for nearly 2 weeks now. Their staff write unprofessional emails and you in turn then have to write back to ask for more information. I tweeted a complaint as a last resort, and got good service for a few hours, and then nothing again and my query is STILL unresolved!!!!! Will NEVER EVER make use of them again!!

Hi Tamara, Thank you so so sooo much for your assistance and for resolving my problem of nearly two weeks, in a few seconds. I am still extremely unhappy with Travelstart but I am in the process of sending your manager an email to inform her of your excellent customer service and I can only hope that Travelstart will promote you and that the first line agents are trained properly. Thank you once again!
